Okay everytime i put my SR disc into my 360 and it asks me to update (always does after 24 hours for some reason) so today i do the same routine and it asked me again and it won't update it says "Cannot download update please check you network connection or vist xbox.com/suggetions" and i've reset my network and my 360 and still the same shit any help?

Go to the system blade and then memory. Press Y on the HDD and then press X, X, Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X, X. Once you do this a blade will pop up saying: This will perform maintenance on your Xbox 360 storage devices. Do you want to continue? Press Yes and it will clear all updates from Xbox Live.
