Ok I'll tell you the story. One day I'm playing Saints Row online and get bored and decide to play single player. I load the game and right in the middle of the load my game freezes so I shut my 360 off and turn it back on play it again. This time it works but there are certain points in the game where it looks like part of the street is cut off and when I go over it when I'm driving my car disappears and I'm floating in midair like I'm still driving. But then when I walk through it I fall through it. I take out my disc and there what appears to be a circle around the disc it's not scratch its just a circle, does any one know what this is or could help me.

The circle is a very intense scratch caused by your 360 (did you move it while the disc was spinning?) and is certainly the cause of your problems. Basically, freezing during loading, and parts of the city not loading are all signs that the game is not getting the data off the disc properly. You can try fixing the scratch by using a CD Buffer to polish the disc. I have fixed 3 Xbox360 games this way, but it's not guaranteed to work. EDIT: Does the circle look like this?
