FLASHING DIVERSION: where is the LETS PRETEND SHOP?
GAMBLING: for 2 whole days i was looking for the casino in marina hotel district and i couldnt find it....is it hidden somewhere?

Yes there is a way to start the drive-by diversion just kill some of your own gang members when you are driving down the road and it will trigger you to get the notification to start drive-by diversion.

A good thing to do with firefighter missions is to go in the building and shoot the breakable items that are on fire with a gun the fire goes out with 1 shot then spray all non breakable stuff with the extinguisher :D I figured this hint out while doing my fire fighting missions.
Another way is to throw satchels inside and blow them up

I think it should be pointed out (if not already, cba to read all) that sometimes you cannot get things added to your lifetime records. such as, muggins, and taunts. i found that after the story and all activities, i had to start again to get achievements
