Let me get this clear, because you also posted the following in another thread which makes this confusing.

I never even played with the person and I never used any cheats and my 5 hours of character growth is ruined. Or is it? Is there a way to get rid of the cheats enabled in my game.

It specifically said if you continued to play, you wouldn't get an achievement, but you played and then saved? Going by that, you will have to use an older save or make a new game if you want achievements since you chose to play with someone who had cheats e wrote:
