Welcome to the Jessica's Car thread. In this thread we will be searching a way to obtain this car. We have deleted the failed methods as they do not mean anything now as we have found a method that is crystal on obtaining the car. Credit: X_TDA-Rebel_X
Guide:
Founder: RaNdOm
Credit for guide: X_TDA-Rebel_X
Requirements: Mission "Bank Error In Your Favour" not completed.
Co-Operative player.
Satchel Charges.
How To:
-Start the mission "Bank Error In Your Favour" as it should be the first time in your game save to do this mission, if it is being done from the clipboard this will not work.
-Drive to the destination marked on your map.
-Go inside the bank and take Jessica hostage as you do so in the mission.
-Turn off the alarm as you should during the mission and leave the building.
-Once you have left, you will have to take Jessica to the blue marker behind her car.
-Your Co-Op partner will then stand 20-yards out from you and will throw the satchel charge.
-As the satchel is thrown half-way towards you, press Y or /_ .
-The scene will be played, then after it will say the mission has failed; cancell it and exit that screen.
-You should now have Jessica's Car!
-Final step is to store it into your garage and enjoy!

Urm why don't you all just customise a Pheonix to the same colour and style? For me that's a problem solved. Only problem now is what are the colours?

Good idea but I done that too.
I know all the colours etc but the fact that jessica's car includes a special paintjob.

Tow the car either before or after you grab Jessica: Fail; it can't be towed. The game does not recognize it as a vehicle.
Use another vehicle to push the car somewhere else: Fail; the car is a solid object like a building before you go into the bank, will not move, and does not even rock on its suspension when rammed.
Put the vehicle in a garage with Jessica inside: Fail; the garage aura does not show up.
Repair the car with Jessica inside to get the game to trigger it as a modified vehicle: Fail.

My personal theory on why Jessica's car can't be nabbed is that the game's code does not recognize it as a valid vehicle, either before or after you stuff her in the trunk. Since it's not a valid vehicle, the normal vehicle rules do not apply to it.
This is, of course, on the console versions only. On the PC, you can modify the game files and obtain it that way.

I agree with you.
I have added your methods onto the thread.
What you said I 100% believe but the fact that there are many glitches being discovered makes the impossible possible.
Remember when no one was able to obtain vehicles on the clipboard?
Then someone found out how..Then they found out how to duplicate vehicles too!
I think there is one method sooner or later that will be discovered.
