in what used to be the old church (saints old hangout) there are certain parts on the wall where you can listen to julious speaking about saints row years ago.
its some sort of a tour!
its easy to find, all you have to do in the church is go up the stairs and you will find them easily.

If you're referring to the wiretap conversations, yes, and no. They aren't conversations, but Julius tells the story of the church and it's history in a sort of log.
