right now i seem to be finding 1000 ways NOT to make this mod work. most of the credit goes to shambler xD

added some but they didn't work, it seems that you cannot replace everyone, well doing it this way anyway. The ones that didn't work for me were the npc_bum_cha.xtbl and npc_poor_male/female_cha.xtbl (dunno if it's both or just one) so far. But, here's the kicker, the npc_biker_male/female_cha.xtbl made one of my save files crash but the other one loads fine....
Perhaps just changing the gangs and police would be more feasible, but then you have the problem of them not loading properly in missions (well probably).
To Slay3r this post is going to look very familiar, just decided to post this to update the thread to show how it's going, which is not well, lol

In short nope, well not on my side anyway, been pretty busy... I dunno if Slay3r has done anymore work on this mod. I guess you'll have to wait for a reply from him.
I doubt if it'll be possible to replace everybody with zombies anyway, there's way too many things that can (and will) go wrong.
