I don't know if anyone has already posted on how to get this clothing item on PS3, but I was just wondering, how the heck do you get it? All the goths are wearing it and I can't find the store that has it. What store is it at?

If anyone has any information and wishes to help me, I'd be grateful.

I don't think it's in any DLC package for the consoles. However, if you own the PC version, and download the Unlock/Restore Mod, you can buy one of these at Let's Pretend in the Underground Mall as a short necklace.
