I went through all the major npc files and made exact custom outfits for purchase for each npc. I couldn't have done it without Red Rage's great thread on how that all works. Firespite was also a huge help regarding how the default color grid and obscured VIDs work. I finishd it up earlier this evening, and it is already integrated in the upcoming Gentlemen of the Row v1.7 (and all the outfits all unlock after missions, It's totally cool.) Anyway, I'm going to post a standalone version here shortly just in case anyone wants it. I just need to get it all seperated and working standalone in vanilla. Here's a preview: And here's a standalone version based on v1.8 customization stuff. finalack.com/Idol/SR2_NPC_Outfits_(and_others)_IdolNinja.rar Includes the following outfits for sale at the On the Rag Veteran Child Tobias Mr Sunshine The General Shaundi Donnie Jessica Matt Carlos Maero Jyunichi *Note Jyunichi's jacket has a known morph problem Shogo Mr. Wong Kazuo Akuji Pierce Gat Dane Vogel Julius Also contains all the new unlockable outfits for sale at On the Rag so you can be lazy and not have to earn them from collecting CDs and Activities. They aren't listed here for spoiler sake, so go look for yourself ya bum.

Excellent work! You must have the patience of a Saint to create that lot. (pun intended) I was about to start work on something similar, but with custom outfits (eg, Indy, Lara Croft, Punisher etc), so it's good to see there's no limit! Have you had any luck forcing a morph onto Jyunichi's jacket? The actual player character morph file for it is missing from the game

Jyunichi's jacket is problematic, as you know. Once the texture/mesh repackager is done though we should be able to fix it. I thought it was a good idea to throw the outfit in now so people can have it for later when it's fixed. Plus, if you make yourself skinnier than the default, it will wear ok.
That idea about the custom outfits sounds awesome. I was actually hoping to do some special outfits for 1.7 as unlock rewards for getting the cds since their locations will be changed around as part of another mod I'm working on. Maybe we can use some of them if it's something you were planning on doing soon?

I actually have to reinstall my SR2 because I was screwing around and completely broke my version. I will be grabbing this when I reinstall.

Oops. I missed Aisha. I knew I was forgetting someone. I'll add her to outfit in for 1.8 at the store.
All of these are outfits are in v1.7 and you can grab them from the source included. It's just customization_outfits.xtbl and customization_items.xtbl and then just add each outfit to customization_stores.xtbl at whichever store you want to sell them. If this is good enough, then great! If not, let me know and I'll release a special standalone version.
Also, if any modder has an outfit they would like included for sale in v1.8 just post up a save with that outfit on your character and I can get the details that way to create one.
Also, yes that is Jessica's outfit. The cutscenes with Maero while wearing that were quite amusing while testing it out.

All of the npc files are in common.vpp_pc. For each outfit I had to go to the npc file for the character and look up each single individual piece of clothing they wore, one at a time, to build the outfit in customization_outfits.xtbl. For each piece of clothing, I then had to figure out wear options and cmesh name to use, and also the variant itself. Each item usually had tons of different wear options and if you get any single piece wrong out of the 10-15 pieces of clothing the game would crash. For example, if you tried to use the cmesh for a shirt that was tucked in high, but the pants were worn extra high? It would crash as soon as you access the outfit.
It was a bloody nightmare and a half to get them all working right. Also, a lot of the npc clothing didn't want to work correctly on the main character so I had to troubleshoot all of it every single step of the way. It was probably a couple of weeks of solid work to do them all. I blame RedRage since his posts on making custom shaundi and indiana jones outfits inspired me to kill myself over this project.
