So I was listening to a few of the radio commercials on Youtube and I got to wondering: how does one extract the audio files for those commercials from the game source? I would be very grateful for any assistance.

unxwb is the only tool that can partially extract the actual audio (after you extract the xwb and xsb files from audio.vpp_pc using gibbed's tools.) It doesn't do a very good job of it though with at least half of the extracted data unplayable/unimportable (even as raw sound data.) More info on our attempts to work with the game audio can be found here: community.saintsrow.com/forums/topic/431...

New tool that extracts xwb files and converts them to wav. Works great on the commercials: forum.xentax.com/viewtopic.php?f=17&...Pizza, if you're still around I can upload that vlad commercial for you.
