Ever wanted to be just like Bruce Campbell or the Terminator and shoot people at close range with the double-barrelled shotgun with one hand? Maybe you'd prefer to have a shotgun in either hand and shoot them twice just to make sure. Well, now you can! This mod adjusts the sawed-off to one-handed and dual wieldable usage, and enables it to be fired from within vehicles. Find it soothing to drive by someone on a Sabertooth and shoot them in the face with a shotgun? Prepare to relax in style. Download link below. www.mediafire.com/?wezyeuoalmz

Red, just to clarify...
In GMLxtbl.txt are we really supposed to remove the lines for fine aim and crouch shuffle?
Because you didn't include these Actions tag section:
<Action><ID>Fine Aim Fire</ID><Animation><Filename>gml1_s12_faim_fire.animx</Filename></Animation></Action>
<Action><ID>crouch ready shuffle left</ID><Animation><Filename>gml1_bs_ch_sttle_lft.animx</Filename></Animation></Action>
<Action><ID>crouch ready shuffle right</ID><Animation><Filename>gml1_bs_ch_sttle_rgt.animx</Filename></Animation></Action>
<Action><ID>crouch shuffle left</ID><Animation><Filename>gml1_bs_ch_sttle_lft.animx</Filename></Animation></Action>
<Action><ID>crouch shuffle right</ID><Animation><Filename>gml1_bs_ch_sttle_rgt.animx</Filename></Animation></Action>
</Actions></Group>
Also, the actions seem to be much much different... there are no melee or idle variants currently defined in GML1.xtbl like how your text file is setup...
Unless... are we actually adding these to the end of the SawedOff group in GML1.xtbl in addition to the current entries instead of replacing that whole section...?

Oops, I had a niggling feeling I'd forgot to add something to that file!
I've updated the link, I'd forgot to include the anim_groups.xtbl. This makes the Pistol group a parent of the Sawn Off, so any animations not defined in the Sawn Off group will be picked up from Pistol.

Ah, no wonder it wasn't working. Thanks for the update! To answer my own question for anyone else curious, you do need to replace that complete section under groups to make it work correctly.
Also, no shells seem to eject when firing for some reason... I have your gold shell/shotgun shell mod installed as well. Is there something special I need to do to that?

That's normal behaviour for that weapon; it was the same before modification. All the shells will eject at once when you reload, unless you're dual wielding.

Ah thanks, that makes sense.
I'm really loving this mod btw. I think I may try and make a terminator character! :D

It's my favourite weapon, I figured it would be rude not to share the carnage

When dual wielding the shotgun my character stands with one arm pulled across/through her chest, is this an unresolved issue with the mod, or have I don't something horribly wrong?
