I hit a limit with the Zikula CMS htmlpages plugin where I couldn't get XML to show. It's fixed! I installed a BBCode plugin, and hooked it into the htmlpages plugin. As a note to you all, when the new system comes into play, you'll post XML the same way you do here.
Use BBCode Code tags. No need for excessive formatting, it should show as copied & pasted. There ya go, easy huh? You'll all love the new system, it's a lot easier than the Wiki. Importing articles from the Wiki is the hard part for me as I've gotta remove all Wiki formatting and replace it with HTML! It's looking mighty fine, though, and I'm sure Kala can come up with a cool theme! One thing that surprised me was the List of Vehicles page. The page shows beautifully from just copying and pasting, I just need to get rid of some proprietary formatting and Edit links.
You any good with CSS, Kala?

I posted up a list of the vehicle type flags. I'm considering updating the list of vehicles with each vehicle's type, too. www.kitamuracomputers.com/stilwater.info...

Go for it foamie!! Hehe that's your new nickname, Foamie!! You don't mind, do you? If you make a mess, you can always revert the page. The Wiki saves each revision of a page, so you can go back easily.
That's a feature I need to find for the CMS, somehow....

The new CMS is taking shape quite nicely. Progress is being hindered at the moment by a module compatibility issue where I can't get XML to show in HTML pages without using a BBCode plugin. I fixed it, and then had to update to a newer HTML page module, and this has thrown bugs in the works. This is a big issue, as 99% of our work involves posting up XML.
I'll fix it. I solved the problem the first time, I'll do it again. You're all gonna love it! It has integrated forum (PHPBB3, which is miles better than the crap system Volition use here), photogallery (so Ninja can post his co-op piccies, and piccies of riding the Death Bike up walls), and even now have Legal stuff, such as Privacy Policy, Terms of Use etc. There's a Downloads area for any tools and code we share. I've even designed a nice header. I just really really wish Kala was here. He was going to be the system art designer, as I don't know anyone as good as he was in that respect. My Photoshop skills are only just enough. His departure upset me deeply, as he'd done some drafts, which have since been deleted by him, along with the GoTR logo. Fortunately I have a backup of it, but not the PSD. His cruel insulting of Ninja was downright unforgivable though, so I'm finding someone else, if anybody knows someone.
I've made it all really easy to use. The Wiki is crap and confusing in comparison. Even Sam will understand this new system, and that's saying something! Taking it nice and slow, making sure it's all OK for official release. Just make sure, guys, that if you edit any current articles on the Wiki that you include notes of what you've edited, in the page itself so I can update the CMS as required.
