I'm busy playing SR1 on XBOX 360 but i find the escorts much more sexier than SR2 drug-addict girl, for the slim ones anyway. i wondered how the clothings on NPC were set, if it is a listing of clothing IDs or part of the NPC itself. I'd like to change the NPC Escorts wardrobe.
On another note : i doubt it could be done, but SR1 has a Wheel Girl Homie who drives you so you can do shooting in peace... well not exactly since you have to tell her which way to go at every crossroads. They should have kept that...

This is something I'd like to do too. The npcs are actually meshes in themselves, and the npc .xtbl's in common which don't affect the game are probably used to compile this mesh. That's not to say it can't be done, but you'll need some hex editing skills and a lot of patience! We're talking Jedi like patience, here. Jedi Master patience, not Padawan patience. Padawans have no patience at all and end up falling to the dark side and getting beaten up by Kyle Katarn.
The furthest I've got with it so far is changing the colours and textures of the npc's clothing and skin.
You probably already know this, but what you can do though in the interim is edit the npc *cha.xtbl files and swap the model for someone else.
