There's cell_phone.xtbl, but there's not much you can do with it. There's also cellphone.xtbl, but that's for animations involving a phone.

The name of the taxi is car_4dr_taxi01. I just did an indexed search to see if it was referenced in any of the files relating to the phone and it is not. One of the other modders may have an idea, but I can't see a way to change the vehicle at this time.

Under Windows 7
- Go to "Control Panel".
- Open "Index Option".
- Click "Advanced" button.
- Select "File Type" tab.
Look for xtbl, lua and cts, make sure they are added and set each of them to "index property and file content". Head back to previous tab and click "Delete and rebuild index". This should take a while. Then you'll be able to use search to find some terms inside all xtbl, cts and lua at the same time.
