i want to look into two pegs/g_pegs :
ui_menu_cell_book_tnataxi
ui_ct_homieslot3
but in the homieslot the g_peg file is missing and in the tnataxi both peg and g_peg are missing.
what can i do?

We currently only have the tools to extract peg, and some of them we can't extract with the missing files. Even if you could extract them, there's no way to repack them back into the game. Until new tools are released, there is nothing you can do.
