Does anyone know how to mod the part of the game that determines whether or not a homie/service can be called? I have been looking but can not find anything. I am trying to do this so I can get any vehicle during a mission (Road Rage). If it is not possible then is there a way to keep vehicles that are at a location before the mission during the mision? This would be helpful as it would allow the player to get a better vehicle to chase down the Ronin. Thanks in advance.

Keeping vehicles was mentioned in the SR3 suggestion thread, along with having access to garages during missions. I took a look at trying to enable both and didn't find anything related to it.
No idea about the homie calling restrictions either.
