I just happened to see a Sabretooth popping a wheelie in Firespite's mod thread...
Can any of you Expert Modders rebalance a Toad so I can pop wheelies on it PLEASE?

I'm not sure if 4 wheel vehicles can pop wheelies. If they can though, that sound like fun. I added it to my to do list. :)

I haven't worked on vehicles at all ever since it messed up my game, but i'm fairly sure it's down to a special number of balance and a flag.

First test: Before you get too excited, to make it work I had to change the vehicle type to Motorcycle which causes some weird handling things when you lean into turns and causes the ATV tries to tip on 2 wheels. This may (or may not) be fixable. At least it's a start though!

It's not a flag. Motorcycles can have a wheelie section within their vehicle type tag. It doesn't do anything for an Automobile type, but will allow a wheelie if the <Vehicle> is set to Motorcycle with that wheelie info there.

I've gotten the Toad to stop leaning like crazy, but there are side effects to the wheelie conversion: 1.) Since it's classed as a motorcycle now, it will crash at the slightest bump like motorcycles do. (Driving up curbs, plowing through a fence, a stiff breeze, etc.) 2.) The steering feels a little stiffer now and backing up is slow like a motorcycle. 3.) You can do wheelies and stoppies, but they'll never register as a stunt and give stars. I don't know if it's because the wheelies don't last long or if the vehicle won't register them as stunts. 4.) Hydraulics won't work on it anymore. Anyways! Here it is, ready for testing! The wheelies don't last long, so I'm going to try and tweak that, but test it out in the meantime and see how you like it. www.mediafire.com/?dmid2yitmiw

I tried this out and it's crazy fun to drive now. Nice work!
It does seem to be extremely senstive though with wheelies and stoppies and I went flying a few times until I got the hang of a gentle touch. I wonder if there is any way to to tone down the angle or how the speed at how fast it tips...
