A couple of questions. I am trying to make a super powered Kobra gun to make vehicles and peds go flying. I make a new patch.vpp_pc,then when I load the game up it gets stuck at 40% everytime. Even if I rebuild the file with nothing modded it still gets stuck. Also is the common.vpp_pc and patch.vpp_pc files the same thing? GotR 1.9 is installed in case that makes a difference.

What am I doing wrong if you have any ideas?
