I've seen peoples comments on how you can replay missions in sr2 but all i can figure out is how to replay cutscenes

Of you did not figure by now. It is then news paper. But it can only be found in other cribs besides them main one and studio.
A tip of advice would be to buy the Place around stillwater university it is fairly cheap and has most of the "extras" from the cribs.

Sorry no one told you yet, mang. In your cribs, you can replay cutscenes by watching them on your TV. There's one in every crib. It's the same TV you use to play the zombies mini game :D
