Has anyone found a way to get passed this?. I have 98% and i am working on getting my assassantion's done however some of the kills require me to attack other gang members in order to draw them out. An example is Almonzo who requires me to "Harass his Luchador buddies in the grove".

Since i own all the Districs it is impossible for me to find any Luchadors walking around. I dont want to start a new game just because of this oversight. 

Any help would be appreciated.
