Put a tree link at the bottom of the page just like you have at the top. That way when your done reading a thread you dont have to scroll all the way back upp to the top of the page to go back to the section you were in (or even jump to another section of the forum).
ex the link on this page would be
Saints Row - Forums > Developer Site > Forum Feedback and Suggestions
Just a thought, and it would make browsing threads a bit easier.

There's a forum Jump at the bottom of the page - it's default state id the forum the current thread is in - click Go and it will take you there :)
Or you can hit the arrow and jump to a different forum.
