Dude i joined this site yesterday and all ive seen is u moderators close and lock thread after thread even if its actively being posted in and not obscene.Yeah and im pretty sure u will lock or erase this one bcuz god forbid someone excersise freedom of speech and criricize the almighty moderators.Why cant u let ppl just discuss what they wanna discuss?Whats the harm?As long as no1 is being harrassed and the language is acceptible.,I see no reason to lock or erase a thread.By doing this ur only defeating the purpose of it and alianating the people that pay the money for the game.So what if a post is in the wrong catagory,so what if a post is repetative and so what if u dont wanna hear about it?Make a forum just for the moderators not for the public if this is how u wanna run it.To be frank.,U are being jerks.Lighten up.

The guys that mod these forums put in a ton of hard work to answer peoples questions and help fix isssues, people who make topics and harass them are just rude. The mods only lock obscene topics, off topic topics, or topics that have been posted a million times. You wont beleive what you can find with the search button. Please dont harass the mods.
If a post is made in the wrong forum, the mods will tell them and ask they move it, or move it themselves.

Please don't clog the forums with posts like this. We take these forums seriously and we are trying to keep things organized so it doesn't get out of control like some forums can get.

It's "Nazi" I think you'll find.
Of course people are allowed their own opinion, and if that's all their posting then all well and good. We do close topics, and remove individual posts for a variety of reasons, some of which phathod has pointed out. We also ban people for a variety of reasons.
As message board moderators go we are pretty light hearted, we just seem sterner than some because we actually do what our titles suggest, we moderate. We are certainly not the most heavily moderated forum, and with a few exceptions we let people speak their minds, as long as they speak it relatively politely.
I suspect your real reason for being upset is that your previous two threads have been locked. In both cases the reason for locking them was explained. In fairness to you we asked that you read the FAQ in one cae when I haven't actually updated it to answer your question yet, I will do so after posting this.
On another note, you're still posting in the wrong forum - I'm going to move this thread to the correct one.
