But with a relevant question to a prior status update, so he's well within his rights for bumping. This was an acceptable form of "bumping".
To answer the question, plans for the "Quick Reply" were put on the back burner until we do a complete overhaul of the website, since it would require more tweaking than just a straight drop-in add-on like we initially thought.
