This is what I whipped up on Photoshop earlier tonight. Please give me your opinions on the picture. Link to image: By the way, this isn't an offical submission, as I'm really only good at drawing cars on paper.

To be honest, I used Google, the actual picture is some random place, the barely visible helicopter isa 3rd party Photoshop brush, the light column was just putting a white gradient line with a couple others with the background color, the police car is from a video (with a bit of coloring work done to it) and the dark character is Johnny from what I think was the 1st screenshot of the game
Anyways, that's the boring sum-up of the picture.
