Let's see here.
Not bad, good shading, proportions are off.
Facial features could use some work.
The eyes and nose look odd to me.
Maybe outlining the lips were a bit unneeded, it looks weird.
Keep drawing, much improvement can come from practise.

I think the nose alone is what throws the face off, but otherwise it's quite good! The hair is very nicely done! :D
Keep at it! I wish I could draw half that well! ;)
