It's not that I can't, I mean they didn't say I couldn't draw their characters anymore. Is that I won't by choice. I guess the error was on my part, I shouldn't have registered here. I never do that (except with BioWare but their games are perfect so I don't have to ask for anything). By doing so I actually expected them to have some kind of communication with their fan base but this is no different than a fan created board. You can ask for stuff, and no matter how many supporters those suggestions get, you will still get random shit they want to throw you, a price that doesn't reflect the content and no explanation as to why certain things can't or won't be done. So yea, my fault for believing Volition would be different.

It's not that I'm butthurt that my suggestions didn't get added, I could care less about that. I was excited about the most popular suggestions, and the mere fact that this site wasn't the only place where such things were asked for, lead me to believe that if what Volition said was true (that they listen to fan request) we would get it on DLC 3. I also know that at the end of the day they don't give a rats ass about me doing fan art of their character but at least I'll feel better knowing that I'm not giving free advertisement to this game or that I'm not spending my time on it.
