I bought this game during the weekend and played my first session yesterday. I created my account (MAWOX) then and got the date bug, I logged in to this site from work and now when I get home I'm unable to login because it says my password isn't valid. I've tried resetting (3-4 times) it but it doesn't seem to send the e-mail with the instructions... Now I've created a second account (MAWOX80) it didn't get the date-bug but I'm wondering for how long I can keep it... And now I can't access the Community part of the game since the game is linked into MAWOX account that I can't access anymore....

Apparently requesting a password change from the main THQ website works, and I'm now back in my original account... The bug with my birthday being 1 January 2000 is still there though so I can't access any Saints Row Content from the THQ website... I'm 31!

Great now I can't login at all with the above account (Deothgar) and I can't reset the password either (No email gets sent to the registered address).

Same here. I literally just created an account to use the community stuff. Browsed around a bit and then went back to the game. Invalid password in game. Invalid password on the forums. I even used the save password feature in Firefox so even IF I forgot the password I've been using for years for game logins and had just typed in 5 minutes prior Firefox would have stored my incorrect password and I could've logged in. No dice. And of course I can't unlink the ****ed up account from steam so I can't even use another that I created.

We're working on the unlinking of accounts issue (it was working earlier), and we're aware of the birthdate issue as well. We should have both of those corrected shortly.
Is what is really annoying about this whole thing... That was 7 months ago
