Hello Mcfly err Volition are you there ?? Be nice if you thought about fixing this problem before you release the next big DLC/Expansion or SR4 How hard can it be to make the account field open text instead of permanently locked into 1 account. For this issue you get the big fat "Epic Fail" Volition = Fail THQ = Fail This website = Fail

Oh, so they acknowledge the problem and then give no sign of life for over 7 months... To me, that's exactly as if they'd said "See, we don't care about the players, start hating us and don't buy our games ever again, we desperately want to go bankrupt". Well then, I might just be inclined to fulfill your wishes.

The birthday thing is an ongoing issue and is still being looked into, it doesn't really affect anything on the site though so it's more of just a cosmetic issue. Needless to say we are looking into it though. Moving this thread to forum troubleshooting.

Please fix this soon. I even made another account so I could try and link that one. NigalyaPonya is my other account. I'm really annoyed that my birthdate on here is January 1st 2000 even though my birthday clearly isn't that since I'm 21. I never "lie" about my birthday on any other website so why should I be forced to on this. Even if the error is only cosmetic. This site needs a way of deleting accounts as well. As previously said, there needs to be an option for unlinking accounts. This topic was posted 8 months ago. It is about time something was done about it. I have never been on another website that was so slow at fixing important problems.

Hello, Is there a way to unlink account from Steam? Because everytime I log out from the SR website and try to log in again Im getting a password error. So I have to reset my password everytime from a THQ.com. (Plus I cannot save my characters or download other characters from the website, it just gives me the 404 error). And on the first account I have a wrong birthdate. Its 1 January 2000 ... So, could you help me with that? P.S. Sorry for my bad English.

Have the same problem with password, suddenly my password (which i remember very well) became incorrect, so i had to reset it, but since the mailbox i have registered is inbox.lv and it is so lame that it blocks any massage sent by machine (hate that mailbox, shouldn't have registered it), i can't even log in to my account, as much as i can't unlink it from my steam account. p.s. Can you please delete account "Silvanas"?

I am also having the problem with the birth date being incorrect(Not sure how many people can be born Jan 1 2000). I know that people have said the birth date is just for comsetics and have no affect on what appears on the website. However I have noticed that a large amount of the characters in the gallery are missing when the age is under 18. I found this out because I created a second account with the correct birth date and there were a plethora of characters I have never seen before. When on the one with the incorrect date many of the same characters were either not present or when putting the URL in the browser the page would return a 404 error. So I'm wondering if it would be possible to have it so that ALL the characters in the gallery appear, to be able to fix the birth date, or, as suggested from the forums original title, to be able to unlink my Steam account so that I can put it into the correct one. Thank you in advance.
