I picked up the strategy guide and got a code for the Money Shot Pack DLC. Unfortunately I registered on the website but every time I try to log into the website to redeem my code I am told invalid username or password. So I reset the password via email and I get the same thing. Very frustrating....

I get this aswell, at first I had an issue when it wouldn't even say the password or username was wrong but wouldn't sign me in. But I managed to sign in somehow by googling the site and to see if anyone else had this problem. Problem is when i try to look at my account and stuff, it acts as if i'm not signed in. :(

OK have been havng this problem of loggn in and i jjust tryed to log in and it says nothing after, but when i come here to post i can see its me i am trying to go to create and upload a charater and it keeps says need to register or login , WHY WHAT AM I DOING WRONG PLEASE HELP ANYONE

Login problems here too Why this site is not working ? tryed some other browser. funny is connection on the main page does not work my steelport also but i if i go to forums, i´m loged in ???? what`? looks like saintsrow.com is working (but this is only in Forums but not in my steelport) but not www.saintsrow.com what can i do ??

All, if you are having issues logging in the first thing to try is heading over to THQ.com and trying to log in there. Also try password reset there. We are aware of an increase in issues over the past week and are working to fix the errors. Moving this thread to website troubleshooting.
