Help with Forum Photo for Profile!

I can't seem to get my profile photo for these photos to work! Says its either to big (Bigger than 230x230) or it is to small... I have tried finding photos EXACTLY 230x230 and even they wont load... HELP!!!

Would like to know how to resize a photo to work on here. (Don't have Photoshop)
