I've noticed that when I try logging into the website it takes a while, and usually I refresh the page until I'm signed in. I also can't access the uploads section of My Steelport, which is the bigger issue. It's not highlighted at all. When I click on My Steelport, I'm sent straight to the Link Accounts page, but I've already got my 360 account linked to this one. I have been able to use the upload feature before, so I'm a little confused now that it's not working. If anyone can help, or has this same problem, I would appreciate any information. Thanks!

yea I've got the same problem. It really sucks I spent an hour with the intiation station to make a cool character to use and now i'm waiting for the maintenance to be finished so I can download my new character.

Thank you, V-Singular. I'm actually glad to hear it's only maintenance.  BlackRivers, I did the same thing. You should jot down the formula for your character if it's not too much trouble, just in case it takes a while for the maitenance period. I used my iphone to take pictures of the scales in the Initiation Station, so it'll be a quick remake when the servers are back up.

yep been hosed a lonnnnnggggggg time. Made a sweet character (I don't own the game yet) and almost bought the game to try him out. Not so much now.

The support from SR3 sucks. It's May now and still maintenance? Are you kidding me? I can't view my uploads, neither my screenshots or my characters I uploaded. You really should work on your websites and shouldn't let us wait. Now all my screenshots are lost because of your bitchy work? Well, I think I'm gonna sell my copy and play GTA IV again.

I agree. I was literally about to buy the game months ago but saw how poorly the website and game were being handled so I never bought it.
THQ is going through a rough period right now so maybe they just don't have the staff or technical resources to fix issues not related to new or unreleased games.
