i signed up a whille ago, and when i go to log onto saintsrow.com it normally brings up the page where you have to enter your date of birth.
I was born in 1990 (as it says in my account) and i must of accidently entered the wrong date as it now states "you cannot access the website at this time, for more info visit out privacy policy".
as you already gathered, the only thing i can access is the forum. I'm still logged on, however i cannot view my steelport or any other feature?
is there anyway to fix this? its frustrating how a tiny mistake has completely denied my access to the site.

Well the My Steelport, along with Stats and screenshots are having some issues right now and the servers are being worked on. That may be why you cannot see those. Watch the News post below for updates on the servers: www.saintsrow.com/news/detail/article/25...

thanks for your reply, but i think it must be because i entered the birthdate wrong by accident. Im not sure if it has to do with whatevers happenening with the site and its glitches. im hoping once its all sorted it might let me onto the site, as the DOB was never meant to show up repetitively. i cannot view the link you posted as i can only view the forum :(

hey ^_^ i have access to the site now, i had to wait like 24 hours for it to reset and everythings back to normal. Hopefully THQ have fixed the constant problem of having to sign in using your birthdate, as i swear its only meant to be a one time thing. the stats and everything seem to be back up and working again which is good news ^_^ but yeah, wait 24 hours and hopefully it should reset :)
