Last night I was playing SR3, and went to a store to download a character. I input my password, and it reads it as incorrect. Thinking I may have made a mistake, I retyped it and looked it over carefully, making sure that there were no errors. Seeing nothing wrong with it, I tried it, and again it said that it was incorrect. I decided to see what the problem was online, so I came onto here (I never log out) and decided to log out. When I input my information this time, it said that it was incorrect. I renewed my password via temporary password, and changed it to something different (in the event that my account may have been hacked). Tired from staying up late, I went to bed.
Today, I wanted to retry to download a character, and bam. It says my password is incorrect again. Why is this? Now just to perform such a simple action, I had to again renew my password. Is there some kind of bug occuring due to updates? Does anyone else share this problem, and is there a way to prevent it from continuously reading my password as incorrect? I'd really appreciate it.
Also, when I go to Character Gallery, it will upload any character without a problem. However, when I attempt to download, it'll repeatedly say that the server is not available. I don't understand how this is if I can upload characters just fine. Sometimes it'll also tell me that I have no characters to download, when I know that there are several in my queue. It's very frustrating on how nothing works for me when it comes to the Character Gallery. Lastly, I attempted to change my avatar, and it met the requirements, but when I saved and refreshed the page, my old avatar was still there. Even when I deleted my old avatar and saved, my old avatar just remains in place, comepletely unaffected by any changes I attempt to make to it. Is there a solution to this problem, and if so, please tell me.

I'm having the same password and avatar issues. Has anyone from the staff bothered to respond to this issue yet?

Is we screwed? I'm having the same probs. Yesterday, s'fine, today, no go. I've re-registered to type this, but do I really wanna reconnect everything else? Zis gonna get fixed?

An update. Just had the same problem again, but THIS time haven't lost e-mail account, so got back in via special password sent to me, but I'd like to get it fixed for my original userID. I know it's a holiday weekend, so maybe this will be addressed tomorrow ... but I'd like to find out if I can get it sorted and go back to my original user ID MrSkeeterBleed. Anyone heard anything from the moderators?

I haven't seen anything yet from the moderators on this issue. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

Update. Was on this morning, even posted in several locations, but then I left, came back and I wasn't on. Figured I timed out, but couldn't get back in, even with two passwords being sent to me, so now I'm re-registered, and back again. More disturbing is that a lot of my posts are gone entirely. If I've been banned, I'm sorry. I just re-examined the rules, and I don't think I've broken any ... I've bemoaned things but if any of that crossed any lines ... I"m sorry. Saints Row is hands down my favorite game. This is the first community I've ever joined related to a game, and I would like to contribute. Moderator, can you let me know if I'm in trouble, or is this a site thing? :(
