The amount of complaints about logins, logouts, and similar, regularly (and recently) indicates a need for this forum to have its own faq and troubleshooting section in plain site.
An alternative would be to have someone representing THQ/Volition fairly frequently responding to spates of complaints such as we've been seeing over the last few days, even if it's nothing more than "I've tried contacting the Tech team, and they're looking into it," or some such assurance.
I'm on my third user ID in as many days, I've seen no response about any problems here, and no "contact" info here either, and what once was a quirky/peculiar forum & community site has become a source of real concern over the quality of management and oversight here.
It's now 8:30 a.m. EST, so I have a few hours before THQ's official "Support" phones open, but I shouldn't have to go to them, there should be something right here. Indeed, maybe we users could just create it?
