Your Site Is ALWAYS Messed Up

I have a Mac and I am obviously using Safari to visit this site. EVERYTIME I log on it says that the site is down. When I log onto forums it has my login information, but when I go to the community page to download characters, I am logged out. I try to log in over and over again, but it doesn't work. Has anyone else had this problem?? This site is SERIOUSLY flawed!!!

I can sign into forums and use em...



But can only half the time access My StillPort if I'm lucky



And the site says I'm signed out sometime via the home page
