Ok so I'm logged on now, but when I exit the browser (I use opera, because I can't log in with IE9) I return to the main site and it requires me to log in. When I enter my credentials it tells me the username or password are incorrect. I cannot access My Steelport, but I'm logged in on the forums. (I'm posting this...) Odd.

Oh this is interesting. I went ahead and reset my password, even though I knew it was the correct one. I could log into my profile, but all my info was gone. I close the browser and tada, bad username or password. Great.

I was having similar problems. I wasn't able to get to My Steelport last week yet would be logged in on the forums, but this week I seem to be auto-logged in when I load the main page. I still can't remember my password though, and so cannot access the community features within the game. When I try resetting the password, every email they send me has nothing printed in the Username and Temporary Password fields. I contacted THQ about the issue last week and still have not heard back.

Well I can't log in at all anymore and THQ doesn't send me password reset mails either, so I created a new account. Ultra lame. Volition, fix your website!!
I'm using a new account! Thanks for messing up my other one!

Having similar issues here. I created a account in game that it won't let me login to (in-game or web), but now it has the in-game account name locked up because its associated with my Steam ID. Which means I cannot change the username. Created a second account but not really useful for the in game stuff...reset password link never sends emails. Edit:actually...I'm not logged in now yet I'm posting this. Ha!

Finally got the mail from THQ to reset my password (AGAIN) and am logged in once more. Now I can also access my profile, but I doubt that will last because the same thing happened last time.

I just tried logging in in FireFox (another browser so to not log out of this one) and the problem STILL persists. I CANNOT log in. Get incorrect username or password even though both of them are CORRECT. I also cannot update my profile. I add a profile picture or change preferences and they don't stick even though the site tells me it's changed. I wager this has something to do with the site not actually thinking I'm logged in. This also happened before so I'm sure the site will tell me to log in soon to access my profile. Calling any Volition or THQ personell out there reading this. Please assist, this is cumbersome and terribly annoying. Can't believe no one is taking the time to actually come to the site and respond to the issues. It's been half a year since this site went live and not one issue has been taken care of. I don't even care if the site hampers anymore, but non-functionality should be addressed.
