Hello, I am currently in need of assistance, as well as possibly multiple other users on this forum.

I am having problems with the password reset email. I am unable to access my main account as it thinks the password I have input is incorrect. Because of this, I need to rely on the password reset email to retrieve a backup password in order for me to get back on my main account (this is merely a backup). However, I have not received a message as of currently unsure if the system is taking too long to process the email, or it takes a few hours for the email to send. This has been bugging me recently, and I would very much appreciate any answers from any staff members on the forum.
