Unable to login to my Saints Row account

When I try to log in to my account (komugida) I get a 'wrong username or password' error. I know for a fact that I am entering the correct username and password. I contacted UK technical support, but they never replied. Frown From what I can see several others are having this problem. When can I have my old account back? Cry

Well, judging by the fact that Volition acknowledged the problem seven months ago and didn't do **** since, I'd go out on a limb here and approximate this to just about... never. Yep... sounds about right.

Have you tried logging in over on THQ.com and resetting it? If that also doesn't work I can send this over to the team.
