If you cant take the time to support this game and fix the problems that people are haveng then get out of the business. I have been unable to use the community character creator for months even after repeated attempts to get assistance from this site, THQ and scouring the web for some kind of fix. "Really" you can't associate a new account with the game and you can't access the old account because the email reset never sends a reply. So here we are unable to create new characters and unable download and share anything we want to make in the initiation station tool. I know that there are many people who have this issue and volition even claimed to be working on a way to unlink accounts that cant be accessed back in October. Well here we are in May with no solution and no response from any representatives. I personally see no reason to purchase any more of your dlc until something is done about this and I have no doubt you are losing players who dont feel like putting up with this kind of lazy disinterested support.

I will surprised if any of you Devs even bother to read this let alone respond !

OK DC your response is welcome news

As I stated in the post "I have been unable to use the community character creator for months" my account "JQdude" is password locked because the passord that I use is not working and attempts to reset it have been ignored. The reset email that is supposed to be sent to my email never arrives so I can not complete the reset process. I had to create this this new account just to get on the community site, however this account can not be used to create characters because the JQdude account remains associated with my Steam account and the initiation station.

I refrain from putting my email here for privacy purposes, I will assume as a moderator you have access to that, it is the same for both of these accounts.

Any effort you can spare would appreciated
