I recently got Saints Row: The Third for my PC on Steam and soon after for some reason I couldn't log in here with my original linked account. Had to create this new one to make this thread. Tried requesting lost password, but didn't got any messages to my email. Is my original account deleted, banned? All I wanted is to be able to download characters. If any of moderators are viewing this my old saintsrow.com account was Bmxismylife123. To approve that was my account I had characters created there with Initiation Station named: Imants Young, Maria Sharp and Duke Armstrong.

Look around this forum the problem you are having is so prevalent it should be labled a feature. You can go to THQ website and try to get them to fix it that is what most people recommend. Just dont get your hopes up about them really doing anything about it.

I'm getting this reported to the web team tomorrow morning. They should be able to dig into it and see what the issue is.

Just an update on this, the web team has corrected the issue with your account. Be on the lookout for an email with some instructions and a new password. :)

I had the same Issue today. It arises whenever I update my account information on here (i.e. change my avatar, preferences, ect.) when I recently uploaded a avatar to my account on here, saved, then logged out. I could not log back on or request a password change via this site, so I had to request the password change via the THQ site. Obviously something has gone whacky with the settings page, most likely saving a blank password whenever you update your settings. My advice: avoid saving information in the settings page until the problem Is advocated. P.S. It didn't save my avatar either for some reason when I got the notification "your settings have be successfully saved..."
