I cant log in to this site or to my xbox360 account in community. It keeps telling me wrong password or username. I have reset my password many times and i'm sure I write it correctly every time, and my username is correct since I get the email of reseting my password after sending my username. Every time I reset my password I can enter to the website for some minutes, but after those minutes it starts to tell me wrong pass or username and can't log in again. So I had to reset my password once more to post this thread. I'm also having a problem where my profile picture is being deleted every time I come back to this site after logging off, and reseting my password. Help?

I had the same problem, I believe DC has said the problem was resolved but I'm not sure. Are you still having issues? Here's what I wrote: "It arises whenever I update my account information on here (i.e. change my avatar, preferences, ect.) when I recently uploaded a avatar to my account on here, saved, then logged out. I could not log back on or request a password change via this site, so I had to request the password change via the THQ site. Obviously something has gone whacky with the settings page, most likely saving a blank password whenever you update your settings. My advice: avoid saving information in the settings page until the problem Is advocated."

I'm having the same problem, except when I try to log in, I enter all my information in, but it doesn't log me in. It doesn't tell me that my username or password is incorrect either. PLEASE HELP!

i try and log in and when i do so, it doesnt acknowledge that im logged in. it doesnt say wrong username or password. i try and go into my steelport and it says i have to register. but i come to forums to see if anyone else is having this problem and then it says im logged in. i try and go back to my steelport and it says i have to register again. im only logged in at forums but cant access my steelport. i reset my password prior to this because i couldnt remember my old one. is anyone else having this problem?

I cant even login correctly, im logged in on forum but if i click my steelport or character gallery it takes me right back to registration.

Same here. I just uploaded a new character and i can downoad all my SR characters, but here i can't access to anything. I can just post on the forum.

Same here. Seems I am logged into the forum here, but not the rest of saintsrow.com. THQ.com works fine and I even tried resetting my password twice.
