Hi! I am new to this game, and the first thing I tried to do was download a character made by the community.
The game tell that I need to enter the website and fill a list of characters, then go to game and download it. But, no matter how much I try, the Character Gallery do not load on my browser, it stays loading for a long time and does not load any image or the characters name on the webpage.
Any tip?

this happened to me last week 2 weeks ago aswel. and its happening now again. I think they are having some issues with their servers or something, i wouldn't know. Hopefully it will get fixed within this day.

All, in order to pinpoint this can you let us know what browser you are using and possibly take a screenshot including the URL bar? Have you tried multiple browsers?
