Hey y'all,
I bought SR3 a couple days ago, and started playing it. Awesome game, a bunch of glitches, but nothing that froze it up or ruined gameplay. I've been hearing all this stuff about how THQ and Volition aren't so good with customer service, especially with the initiation station. I had the misfortune of downloading it from Steam, upon which it immediately crashed on startup. No forum anywhere on the internet had a solution, mainly because THQ and Volition didn't care to fix the issue or respond to messages. I even sent them a message asking about it, and I got no response.
Now, I linked my PSN account to view my screenshots I uploaded from my PS3, as well as my awesome character I made, and promptly found out that all functions on this website relating to uploads and character customization are broken. Apart from the obvious response that this is another overlooked error on the part of THQ and Volition, and that I should probably forget about it because it will never get fixed, When is the estimated repair time for the website?

I have NO IDEA, man. But it's getting me angry too. I hope they fix it soon. I've got characters to download.

Seems to work for some, not for others. I've let the web team know, they'll take a look.

I'm unable to set my Steam account as Primary. When I set it, and click save, it automatically reverts itself. This makes it so I am unable to save what I make in the Initiation Station. I am also unable to upload my character from in game. It says it was successfully uploaded, but nothing appears afterward.
