Hey, I've had an Saints Row account linked to my steam account, i logged in.. got disconnected after a while, tried to reconnect, didn't work.. tried a bunch of passwords, helpless.
So I tried to reset my password, never received the mail.
What the hell ? Have I been hacked or something ? Can i get some staff support ? thanks..
Also, i've created a new account, only to see if I had the right email.. Appearently not. So i have no idea where the password reset mail went..

Have you tried logging in over on THQ.com and doing the password reset there? People have found that tends to work better. Give that a shot.

Good to hear. Not sure why it is wonky on the site here, the web team has been looking into it though.
