Okay so I have two problems her, the first being that my profile says that my date of birth is January 1, 2000, which it is definitely not. The second problem I am having has to do with the character gallery. When I am logged off the character gallery shows different characters than it does when I am logged on. This is a problem because I would like to download a few characters that are not shown when I am logged in. I have tried logging in while on the page of a character that I want to download, but when i do I get a notification saying that the page can not be displayed. Any help would be very much apreciated regarding both issues.

The birthdate issue is one we've been dealing with since the site launched, it's being looked into but doesn't really affect anything on the site. Your other issue is interesting indeed. If you login on the main saintsrow.com and go to the character page does it show the correct characters?

No. It still apears to be missing characters that where shown when logged off. As well when I type in the url for the character while logged in I will still get the notification telling me that the page can not be displayed.
