been having problem here, I have a 360 & Steam account linked. just now when I went to the main site it seemed to be working again, lets see if that lasts

I didnt makea new account. I just patiently waited, somehow Im logged in again.
But this account is the one that fails to log in on websites, Also I've noticed while im playing on my xbox, It sometimes logs me out of the Community feature in-game. Since I also changed my xbox gamertag, The saints Row Website doesnt have my new Gamertag..
How do i change it?

The site's acting weirdly, as I know that you must be aware of. I followed some users' advice and logged into THQ's main site - it didn't work and I requested a reset-password mail, which actually CAME :D Then, after resetting my PW for THQ.com I managed to log in successfully, but as I came over here and tried the new PW on saintsrow.com, for some oddball reason it gave no notice of having logged me in. I can't get to 'My Steelport' nor can I access 'Kalahara' (my UN), so I can't use my logged-in features. But in the forums I'm completely fine as long as I don't deliberately log out. I'm not going to test fate because it will probably win. So this, my MAIN account is KALAHARA and my NEW account is RAVI, which hasn't seemed to work yet... Thanks for trying to help. Not sure how, but it says I'm logged in on the forums. As for the main site itself, that's a no go. I'll try to log in and it will reload the page as if I AM being logged in, but nothing will have happened.
Current/previous usernames are Spartan622 and Deadpool. Hope you guys can get this situation worked out!

I didn't need to create a new account, resetting password via the forgot password function solves the login issue for me. And this procedure is necessary after every change in the account settings, as someone mentioned in another topic. But that's just not enough crap, saintsrow.com thought. I finally managed to unlink my xbl gamertag, which won't see SRTT anyway after buying the PC version. But the primary status didn't switch to my linked Steam account and "make primary" does nothing, even though "save" says all changes were saved. Now, without a primary account, I can't access my stats or uploaded characters. They're greyed out. This site is fascinatingly broken. And by the way: horizontal scrolling doesn't work on mobile Safari, so I cannot access the site on the go. Edit: Re-linking my gamertag and hope something gets the primary status is no option, because the initiation station requires you to have gold in order to upload characters, which would link the accounts. And I'm not planning to buy gold, as no-one I know is playing online (regularly) anymore and the gold features in germany are as censored as games are.

Only the forums shows me as logged in. Everywhere else (My Steelport, In-game, etc.), it says I'm logged out and when I try to log in, it says incorrect username/password. My username is ArtlessArt, hope it gets resolved soon.

Can't access Steelport either. Keeps asking me to login, even though the forum section works perfectly. Had this problem before then a day or two ago I could access Steelport again so I figured this was fixed, but now it's happening again.
