I have been getting emails from Microsoft warning me about getting banned for not paying for Xbox Live, I don't want to pay anymore so I call them to cancel it but they said I have to put money on my account first, so I did that. I call them up and tell them and they take off autorenewal and tell me that I owe $15 because they let me use Live for 2 months without charging me. I never asked them to do that, I told them to turn autorenewal off long ago and somehow it went back on. I get home and I get an email saying to renew my account before it is too late, but this time it isn't a warning. I'm not sure if they accidently fixed it without me paying.
