Ooohhhh... so these selfish hippies are planing to force hundreds of hard working people into poverty because they think cutting down trees is bad?.... that's stupid, and childish..
Aussie Boy doesn't slap the dick out of there mouths, and tell them how to live there lives. Where do they think they have the right to let Families starve all to save trees? they are retarded...
I hope they all get caught, and as part of there punishment they are forced to work at the sawmill on work release, or Community Service....
Selfish Hippies, there's a contradiction in terms
I still hate those Tree hugging doppers... They make smoking pot look bad..

The trees don't need protected. You ever here of a widow maker? A widow maker is a limb that broke off and is hung up in the tree. When the tree starts to move the limb falls down and crushes any pore sap standing under it.. I heard they are responsible for many job related fatalities. thankfully I never seen one hit anybody, but I've seen them hit the ground, and let me tell you buddy they do come down hard, so I totally believe if a dude was standing under it, it could fuck em up.. My great uncle was hit by one of those, it killed him
Also my dad drives log truck and my uncle works at the chipmill across the bay. once a greenie or hippy or what ever chained themselves under a loader, while still smoking a joint. That loader is now at the tip and the greenie is living the rest of his life with no legs.

Hopefully I don't go on a rant here, but what the hell, this IS a thread to vent. Yesterday was the last day of school and my good friend's girlfriend is moving across the country. Today we were mean't to go to the movies and shit then go back to another of my friends place to celebrate. I had a shit night last night and I was grumpy this morning. Apparently it's funny to not pick me up and drive me the 10 kilometres to my friends place. I completely missed out on the party and I'll never see one of my friends again. I bought her a $300 gift, (which I'll probably mail her,) and I didn't get the change to give it to her. Dang. I guess I'll have to play some video games to vent this shit out. Then I'll backhand the guy that was mean't to pick me up. (His excuse was he needed to buy some milk and he didn't have time to pick me up.)
Edit: I guess today is semi-good, the latest Drunk Tank podcast is out! Hoorah!

I'm sorry for your loss too, that's an awful thing to have happen to the family...
There's a show over here called Extreme Loggers, it shows the likes of us outsiders just what a hard bunch the guys are. I watch in awe at how hard they work, and how dangerous the job is on an hour to hour basis, nevermind day to day. One other thing it shows us on a lighter note is how awesome the loggers rides are. BIG ole jacked up pick ups they look sick with their ruff tread tyres and super suspension 8-)

How come the loader is at the tip? Cause it burnt down :|
There is no hardwood in my house, all sustainable softwood... What you mean like pine, I could tell you stories of things built from pine
The irony here is that the loggers probably have a greater love and respect for their environment than anyone else. You see them going up into the woods to hunt and camp even when they aren't working, they love to be in the woods... Yeah, and also they do replant the trees, the loggers don't take all of the trees, they leave seed trees or little trees, or other trees.
