ummm Any thing you can dream of I'm sure I can make. It can be comfort food or fancy. I made my self some comfort food yesterdy. I stuffed a duck with chicken breast , bacon, perchutto, a special bread crumb mix and cheese sliced it put it on some sour dough bread made some basil and rosemary bacon mayonaise and some anato seed chili red oil sauce with some rice wine vinagrette and mesculine it was pretty good. Shit anthing you want bro within reason....lmao

Damn Hydro thats impressive I'll admit my all time favourate dish would probably have to be Chicken Arrabiata if you can make that I'll be at that resort ASAP as soon as I get money lol.

Dude are you kidding its like one of the best Pasta dishes ever invented dude basically the sauce is made with garlic, tomatoes and red chillis in olive oil. Its got a nice zing too it due to the chilli's but it doesn't blow your head off.

it sounds what we call spanish sauce in the industry. Which is weird cause its a french dish but its called spanish sauce. And yes I could make you chicken arriabiata. As a chef or any chef you ever encounter we dont know know ever recipe we know fundamentals. You tell us what it consists of and we can make it without you giving us recipes. Like the first chef Escoffier who didn't use recipes how you see them today. Its just a list of ingredients you being the chef would have to figure out to make it.

Well dude have a try making it and see what you think. Honest to god one of the best Italian dishes i've ever eaten its quite clever how Arrabbiata means angry in Italian so its basically known as the angry sauce due to its ingredients.
