now this all very subjective...in MY opinion best toons ever are Disney top toons, like Aladdin, Little Mermaid, Jungle Book, Lion King etc...but my personal favorite its not by Disney, but its the same drawing style, its All Dogs Go To heaven first part, its by Don Bluth and to tell you honestly any Don Bluth cartoon freaking rocks...so much passion, so much emotions...

list of shows Batman: The animated series Ren & Stimpy Rocko's modern life Tiny toon adventures Loony tunes Darkwing duck Duck tales Bonkers kinda went over board on the nostalgia there.
^^YES!! Man..that list is legendary. Also add these: Doug The Animaniacs Mighty Max Goof Troops Talespin Chip-N-Dale Rescue Rangers Inspector Gadget Heathcliff The Bot Master The Adventures Of TinTin Captain Planet And The Planeteers
Ren&Stimpy was my shit, and so was Rocko's Modern life, back then!! :D
I loved Rocko's Modern Life, and Doug. Those are definitely my favorites.

Yep I just think they look similar with the head shape and obviously there are a couple of minor differences like hair and there personalities.
